Cimicifuga racemosa: Black cohosh (blacksnake root)
This root has been used to treat arthritis and muscle pain and recently research has shown it is effective in treating night sweats, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, amenorrhea and other symptoms including menstrual irregularities, and PMS. It has also been used to induce labour.
Trifolium pretense (Red clover)
This is an antispasmodic that has been used to relieve respiratory problems, skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis, and to treat and prevent some types of cancer, including breast and prostate cancer.
It is used as an herbal tonic and cleanser to promote good general health and to revitalize the spirit. Taraxacum officinale (Dandelion root)

Dandelion promotes gallbladder function, preventing gallstones and is considered a good remedy for kidney ailments.

Shatawari: Asparagus racemosa (Shatawari)
